What Was Said?

In an interview with Voetbal Primeur, Vrweij made some important comments regarding the future of Hatto and Chelsea's interest in the 19-year-old. In his words, he said:

“So, Ajax has spoken to Chelsea about Hato. But he has also been linked to Liverpool and Arsenal. That is what you want as a Dutch club. That also happened with Lisandro Martínez, and then the price can go to a level that makes you really happy. They will be rubbing their hands with glee.”

With this statement, things are looking tighter right now as all hands are on deck, looking at who is going to make the checkmate move. Ajax believes that Hatto is capable of fetching a top-tier transfer fee just like Martínez did before his move to Manchester United. This looks like we are going to be experiencing a bidding war.
